Going Rogue

Wouldn’t it be nice to just wander the park and see what there is to see? I mean, “forget the trail”; just go! There are lots of options; hiking, of course, but also the use of stock animals and even cross country skiing.


Driving Yosemite Valley

If you only have one day to enjoy the park, the Valley is the place to be. It is seven square miles of the most scenic visits anywhere. The Valley is about seven mile long and about a mile wide. There are many places to stop and soak it in. In this post I take you around the valley from one of the valley’s entrances (on Wawona Road after exiting the Wawona Tunnel). Come with me for a drive around the valley. I’ll point out some photo-ops along the way.
